1. Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 2-day return/exchange policy, meaning you have 2 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return or exchange.

Eligibility for Return/Exchange

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags intact and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Products that are damaged, used, or not in their original packaging will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Return & Exchange Process
  1. Contact us at info@saattviknatural.com within 2 days of receiving your item to initiate a return or exchange.
  2. After approval, ship the item back to our return address (which will be provided in the approval email).
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the exchange approval.
  4. If approved, the replacement product will be dispatched and delivered within 7-10 business days.

Note: Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are non-refundable and must be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect item sent.

2. Refund Policy

If you prefer a refund instead of an exchange, we will process it after the returned item has been inspected and approved.

Refund Process
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved or declined.
  • If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
Delayed Refunds
